Measurement of carbon nanotube sample
Improved depth resolution enables the collection of Raman scattering light only from the measurement point (focal plane).

Measurement in ultra low-wavenumber
NRS-5500/7500 has capability to install 3 rejection filters, which enables the adjustment of the incident angle individually. This feature allows measurements to be taken in ultra low wavenumber regions.
