We are pleased to share this article from NASA detailing a database they have been developing, and how some analysis using JASCO’s Raman Spectrometer and Spectra Manager™ software has made a contribution to this project. The NASA Raman Spectroscopic Database (Ramdb) is being developed to provide a publicly accessible, user-friendly resource for spectral information relevant to the planetary science community.
The ICEE facility is a unique NASA resource, with the ability to process samples via UV and electron radiation while monitoring them with IR, Raman, and Mass Spectroscopy.
