JASCO is pleased to have a release announcement of new optional program for Circular Dichroism spectrometer ‘ThermaFit3D’.

This program is designed for detail thermal denaturation analysis for 3D CD spectra and having following functions.

– Full-spectrum analysis of complex thermal denaturation
– Deconvolution of mixed conformations in Nucleic Acid
– Calculation of ΔH, ΔS and Tm for each transition

We think these functions are attractive points for researchers in both Academic and Industrial areas, especially related with new modality ‘Therapeutic Nucleic Acid’.
